State of Rhode Island Welcome to the Rhode Island Network of Care for Behavioral Health, managed by Butler Hospital. The Network of Care is a resource for individuals, families and agencies concerned with behavioral health. It provides information about behavioral health services, laws, and related news, as well as communication tools and other features. The RIQI would like to thank these partners for their extraordinary leadership in making the Rhode Island Network of Care a reality.
